When you sign up to the BusinessCare'Plan,you will automatically receive the following standard benefits on an annual basis:
• All labour costs are free (registered PCsonly). • All purchases discounted by 10% • Annual health check and report on each PC,which includes downloading and installation of all updates and patches, normally priced at £75 • On-site fix, or collection and delivery including reconnection to your network • Network/server problems fixed @£75 per hour. • Help desk support free of charge.
SIP Trunking:
Use VoIP for all telephone calls via SIP Trunking
If you use Skype or MSN Live then you are already a VoIP user. Occasional quality problems and outages are happily tolerated in a free service.
