Access to free remote sessions Included in the membership cost is the priority remote session. We can safely and easily log into your Windows PC or Laptop or Apple iMac or MacBook and most problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently in this way.

Access to the Technical Centre There will be occasions where remote support is not applicable to the issue you are experiencing. In these times you have full access to our Technical Centre, where all manner of hardware issues can be resolved, with only the cost of parts payable. All labour costs are covered by your membership.
