Difficult Times - Disciplined Actions.

Dear friends,

We have been monitoring COVID-19 developments closely. The news is increasingly disturbing and, like you, we all are concerned about the health and safety of our families, friends and colleagues.

We have implemented a number of exigency management practices that we monitor and manage closely to assure that we continue to provide the highest levels of support and uninterrupted service. We are committed to continue to provide customer service to each and every one of you.

We are committed, as always, to maintaining our service levels for our customers.

Remote work as necessary to protect our people and communities

PC Paramedics employees are fully enabled, and properly equipped to co-ordinate work remotely and have the resources and tools necessary to perform their jobs securely from any location. We carefully monitor advice from our Government Services & Information (https://www.gov.uk/) The Centre for Disease Control (https://www.cdc.gov/) and the NHS (https://www.nhs.uk/). Where appropriate, and consistent with our customers’ work policies, we continue to collaborate with our customers on their premises.

Our employees will continue to serve you, either onsite or remotely depending on what is appropriate and safe.

Communications

A most import request is that you do not contact a team member on their mobiles or their work email address. This is so that we can ensure that all support requests are properly logged in our support system. In this way we would expect to not miss an import call for help. Please call 01252 873142 and/or email support@pcparamedics.co.uk. This is particularly important in the first few days of this event due to the high number of requests we are taking to set up remote access for teams about to begin home working.

Moving ahead

We will continue to work diligently to support our customers. Our priority is to continue to provide the highest levels of service to each and every one of you during this challenging time, and for us all to come out stronger and more resilient.

Please be Safe

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Stephen
